Stuffed Green Peppers with Cheese

Image
Stuffed green peppers are delicious! I found this recipe in a cookbook (pictured below). I made this for the Sunday night football game. Go broncos! This recipe takes about 7-8 hours. There's about 30 minutes of prep time and the peppers must cook in the crock-pot for about 7 hours. They turn out tender and juicy! I will be making this again, especially in the winter months.  Below is the recipe, the cookbook and pictures of the finished recipe. Enjoy this delicious recipe! Crock-pots are the best!
