Brownie Cookie Waffles

My sister Kathy was browsing Pinterest for desserts and she wanted to use the waffle maker. We decided to make cookie dough, then brownie dough and put them together in the waffle maker. We overcooked them, but they are so good! Next time I will cook them for 4 minutes, instead of 8 minutes. 

In the pictures below are the recipes I used, from AllRecipes.com.

Make sure you do not overcook them! If you do, dip them in milk!

Hello blogging world! I realized I haven't been keeping up with my blog lately... Here's a post from my weekend. Although I didn't make this food, I spent the day with my family. We always have a fun time catching up and telling stories.  I love visiting my grandparents and uncle. My grandma always makes sure we have plenty of food and tasty desserts.  This time we ate pizza and donuts! 🍕🍩 The donuts were 4th of July themed and tasted delicious. Visiting my family always reminds me of the weeks I spent down with my grandparents during my childhood summers.  Lots of laughs, Dairy Queen trips, picnics, and trips to the Dollar Store.  This weekend reminded me how grateful I am to have such a fun and loving family.

Salted Caramel Latte

I have finally mastered a recipe that tastes like a Starbucks latte. I found this recipe on Torani's website. Here's what you'll need: - 2 tbs. salted caramel Torani syrup - 1 cup milk  - 1/2 cup strongly brewed coffee  Directions:  1) Using a milk steamer or frother, combine the milk and Torani syrup. 2) Brew the coffee. 3) In a glass, pour in the coffee and add the milk mixture. 4) Enjoy!

Cauliflower Breadsticks

What are Cauliflower Breadsticks? Well, they taste just like real breadsticks, but they are a healthier version. When I was first making these, I was thinking, "How does cauliflower turn into a crust-like substance?" Well, after baking, these taste crispy and are just like breadsticks! Indulge in this flavorful recipe. Ingredients: -  1 head of cauliflower (I used purple cauliflower) - 2 cups of any shredded cheese - 4 eggs - 2-3 tsp. oregano - 2-3 cloves of garlic (chopped) - a dash of pepper and salt Directions: 1. Chop the cauliflower and put into a food processor so that the result is small and fluffy pieces of cauliflower. 2. Cook the cauliflower in the microwave (cover it) for about 10 minutes. 3. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. 4. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano. Mix well. 5.
