Healthy Nacho Cups

Are you craving some nachos, but you are also trying to eat healthier? Try these healthy nacho cups! Instead of chips you use tortillas, and you can still add your favorite nacho toppings.

Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas 
- shredded or chopped chicken (about 2 cups, or more if desired)
- shredded cheese (1-2 cups)
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 Tbs. Sour cream
- a dash of cumin
- a dash of cilantro
- 1 small can of black olives 
- 1 muffin pan
- 1 fry pan

- First, preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- use a cup to cut the tortillas into circles
- place the circles inside the muffin pan
- place the cooked chicken, cumin, bell pepper, salsa and cilantro into a fry pan; sautée for 5 minutes
- place the muffin pan in the oven to brown the tortillas (5 min)
- place the chicken mix into the tortilla cups 
- top them with cheese and olives
- bake them for another 5 minutes 
- use a zip lock bag to create a tube, to put the sour cream on top 

There you have it! A healthy yet tasty alternative to nachos!
