Avocado Egg Tomato Sandwich
Lately I have been trying to eat healthier foods. It can be hard to find something healthy that tastes really good for lunch!
My new favorite sandwich is an Avocado Egg Tomato Sandwich!
Here are the ingredients I use:
- 1 egg - I use a fry pan to make the egg over hard so that the yolk is broken and fully cooked.
- 2 pieces of whole grain bread, toasted
- Mayo and ketchup to spread on bread
- 1 slice american cheese
- Sliced avocado
- Sliced tomato
And there you have it! A healthy and tasty sandwich for lunch or dinner!
